- in this case, how the BBC's behaviour is arrogant, partisan, scientifically illiterate, incompetent and accountable.

The present position, as of September 2009, is that people who question the BBC about the substance of our case receive a letter saying that all this has been fully investigated. To prove it, they send a copy of the Trust Ruling. It's long, dense and incomprehensible and we have already shown the Trust that it is based on untruths, misrepresentation and misdirection from their secret expert advisers.
This means the BBC is trying to deflect criticism by recycling nonsense.
