If the BBC has written to you
or to your MP claiming that complaints about Nuclear Nightmares have been fully investigated
they'll probably also send a copy of the BBC Trust's Ruling.

In fact they'll send a long, complex Ruling that covers three complaints, so you'll be thoroughly confused.
You and / or your MP could

• write back and point out that the Low Level Radiation Campaign analysed the Ruling's shortcomings in a letter to Trust Chairman Sir Michael Lyons dated 1st December 2008.
• ask for a reasoned response.
